Each system will ship out in 1-2 days on average. Sometimes it can be a little longer and the customer will be notified if that is the case.
We ship all systems pre loaded with media inside tanks. The systems are carefully boxed and shipped via UPS ground. Expect 4-6 days for delivery.

1. Repack your product with all of its components into its original package.

Once the order is placed with EvoClear, we will submit an order directly to the shipping department on your behalf. This typically occurs within a 12-hour period after an order is placed by the customer. For this reason, we don't accept order cancellations once the 12-hour window has passed. At the time an order is placed the customer receives a notification via e-mail describing all order details. If the customer does not notify us of any changes within the 12-hour window, EvoClear.com will proceed with ordering the merchandise from the manufacturer.
